To The UK & Back

Me and mummy have been travelling again. I went on a long plane ride to visit my nanny and grandad in England and then we all went to see my family in Wales. How long did you say the plane ride was mummy?

6 plus hours is a long time to sit still, so I just got comfy with my blankie. After a long flight we arrived at Heathrow airport where a very happy nanny and grandad were waiting to greet us

breakfast the following day..."I can't eat my cornflakes out of a shoe grandad!"

going for a ride with Postman Pat, "climb aboard nanny, I'll go slow I promise."

nanny and grandad live by the sea, so me and grandad went for some nice walks and to throw stones

"dear daddy, I am having lots of fun with nanny and grandad but I am missing you and can't wait to see you again soon..."

we arrived in Wales on Saturday where it had been raining, so I got my wellies on and jumped in some puddles and threw some stones

Sunday was Mother's day, so me and grandad took mummy and nanny out for lunch. Lois came along too

after lunch we went back to auntie Angela's, who had her feet up after an operation. This is me with Cerys and Lois

it rained a lot when we were in Wales but auntie Angela told us about this great place to play indoors, so me and grandad went and had some fun...

...I didn't let nanny miss out on the fun, this is me playing with her on the bed

Cerys and Lois took me to visit their lambs on the farm, these twins were just a few days old when we saw them

That's me feeding the cows some hay, they were hungry and ate a lot!

me with nanny and grandad on the day we left Wales

grandma came to visit me in Clevedon, we went down to the beach for some lunch and fun. It was a really sunny day

me having a rest with uncle Antony and sitting on uncle Stephen

grandad took me for a ride on a train on my last day

Here are some vidoes for you to watch

this is me splashing and throwing stones in the puddles

see if you can spot me in all those balls

down on the farm, ignore my mothers commentary, daddy says she sounds like David Attenborough...whoever he is!

going to the playground with grandma

falling down the hill with grandma

I am not sure why I did this to you uncle Stephen but I am very sorry

The test message seems to have worked. Kay is having problems sending messages via the blog and this is the first time I have tried since I plugged in my new computer. James, I very much enjoyed seeing all the pictures from your recent trip to the UK. Grandma Kay had to come all the way across to Cliveden and I had some time with you at Heathrow Airport before you got on the big plane but I hope to see you again later in the summer. All the best for now. Friend Colin

Grandma had a lovely time with you rolling up and down the hills in Clevedon. Can we do it again please.

Missing you.
